In 2024, I completed the AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching at Estonian Business School, which qualifies me to practise as a Level 1 certified leadership coach. I obtained my higher education degree in the field of Educational Sciences in England, at Sheffield Hallam University.
The core beliefs that underpin my values are as follows: every person has the potential to be a creator; a person is a self-directed being; and each individual holds responsibility as a co-creator of shared space. These principles guide my work as a development facilitator / coach.
My calling is to create an empowering environment that enables a person’s internal spark to ignite. It is important to me that the client feels safe and supported throughout the journey, so that their best possible self can emerge. By focusing on the good, we amplify its power.
